Below are the quick answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
How can I make a booking?
Please view the vehicles on the website and enquire for a quote. We will get back to you personally, and if you wish to proceed with the booking, we accept payment by bank transfer, card, or through a link to our secure payment site, which we can send to you.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to change or cancel your booking for any reason, we will always try to accommodate an alternative booking. If we don’t have availability, we’re happy to offer a refund, and within 7 days we offer a full credit or transfer.
Do you charge extra for insurance?
Our prices are inclusive of everything and all our vehicles are 100% comprehensively covered. No extra waiver or excess charges.
Where can I collect the car?
No need to come to us, we will come to you! We offer a free Alicante airport pick-up and drop-off service. We are also happy to deliver the car to your local address, or you can pick up and drop off at our office in Benissa.
What is the airport pick-up and drop-off procedure?
We will ask you for your contact number (ideally WhatsApp), and we will make contact with you the day before your flight. Please WhatsApp us when you are boarding, or inform us of any delays as the flight information at this end can be inaccurate.
Then once you have passed through security and collected your luggage, we will be waiting immediately by your right-hand side as you enter the arrivals hall with our Car Rental uniform in black, red, and white and a board with our Company Logo. We will walk you to your car, pay for the parking ticket for you, and you are away. At this point, we will show you the meeting point where we will meet you to collect the key on your return journey. All paperwork is done in advance, so you should be away in your vehicle within 5 minutes!
To return the vehicle to Alicante Airport, please approach the parking that is signed ‘Arrivals’ and park your car in the multi-story parking A block, or P1, general parking on the left. (collecting a ticket at the barrier). Please do not park in the rent-a-car block, which is block B, on the right. Please make a note of the parking space floor and number, and pass through to the terminal via the covered tunnel on floor 4. Our member of staff will be waiting at the end of the tunnel, just inside the airport building at the appointed time you gave us. Just pass the car key, the parking ticket, and the number of the space where the vehicle is parked. Again, this is a 5-minute process. If you are running late, please just WhatsApp to let us know.
Please return all vehicles full.
What about fuel?
We only operate a full to full fuel policy. So you collect the vehicle full, so please also return it full.
Can I add additional drivers / what are the age restrictions?
Our vehicles are insured, rather than the driver. Any driver over the age of 27, having held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 5 years, can drive the vehicle.
Do you have child seats available?
We are happy to provide child/baby seats at no extra charge. As there are only two fix fittings in every vehicle, this is the maximum of seats per car that we can supply. Please make your request at the time of booking. You can find more information about our child seat here.
What if my return time is later than my collection time?
Car rental operates in 24-hour periods, so with most companies, the return time can be no later than the collection time, however, we want to offer greater flexibility to our clients, so we offer a generous ‘grace period’ of 3 hours. Between 3-6 hours is charged as an additional half day. Over 6 hours is charged as an additional full day.
Will my car have navigation?
All of our vehicles have Android Auto/Apple Car Play. This means with your cable you can connect to the car, to receive all your phone functions, including Google maps, on your car screen. All vehicles use a USB attachment, apart from Seat and Skoda, which use USB-C. If you require a car that also has separate navigation, please request this on booking. All vehicles also have Bluetooth connectivity of course, but with this you receive only audio, not the map on the screen. We recommend connecting your phone via cable, for a better experience.
